I seriously become super fat now.
I want to say I don't know why, but if I think more carefully, I know the reasons.
Eating too mush food, suger, and greasy food has become the main things that I do in daily,
and of course, I didn't really control myself to that.
I did exercise when I was in school, but since the winter vacation started, I didn't do any.
As I grow older, I should take care myself more than I was younger cause my body can't take that much anymore.
So, I finally treat this as a seriously problem that I have now.
I need to lose my weight and not only for that.
Yesterday, Howard and I went to a department store for my new clothes and pants,
then I found the bad fact that I couldn't fit in all the pants in stores. :(
I feel so disappointed to myself.
I should be super aware of my weight before I got this far.
Today my weight is 60.4 kg.
I will try to record my progress to show myself how well I can do to get back my 48 kg.
I hope it won't take too long, but I will try hard to control my eating style first.

But I think I will start to run again before the swimming pool really open in my school.
It will be more convenient if I can just go swimming in my school after class. :)
